We accept returns of unused shoes within 30 day from receipt of the merchandise. A sales receipt is required for exchanges/returns.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Exclusions from refunds or exhanges:
- Sale items
- Purchases from ebay vendors
- Purchases from resale shops or other non-retail vendors
Original box must be returned. There are no price adjustments on previous purchases.
Please allow 14 days for processing all returns.
